Dream Flower - 5.5% West Coast Pale Ale. This hoppy bo was brewed with 2-row malted barley and rice, and heavily hopped with Motueka and Cascade. This seemed like a fairly familiar recipe going into things, but sometimes a fermentation or specific malt-grain-hop variety combo can surprise ya. We’re getting a surprisingly fun tropical coconut note here, with lots of support from the notes of lime, white raspberry, peach danish, and rice dessert.
