German Pilsner - 4.7%. Brewed with German Pilsner malt and hopped entirely with German Tettnanger. Our hard Ambler water lends itself well to this snappy, dry, hoppy Pilsner style. It pours a brilliant straw yellow color, with a creamy white head, and emanates noble beery aromatics from the glass. We get notes of homemade crackers, alfalfa honey, diverse grassland, apple blossoms, summer herb gardens, and the almighty pasta water. Really digging this one.
