Gmork 2025 - Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
Gmork 2025 - 12% Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. Brewed with tons of Maris Otter and a plethora of dark specialty malts. After fermentation, we aged Gmork in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels; this batch composed of barrels aged 22 to 31 months. We’re presently tasting notes of big boy stout, top shelf chocolate syrup, whiffs of cinnamon, when you add the vanilla to the brownie batter, apples baking, Turkish figs, the sport coat you wear to drink your bourbon, when raisins make you think of tobacco, and a warm cuddle from a scary black dog.
