Here and There - 5% Saison. Brewed with Pilsner malt, rye, spelt, and Munich; hopped with Styrian Fox and aged hops; and fermented with our Foraged Yeast Culture. We love a good multigrain saison, and this one brings that dry earthy malty backbone to play with some fresh and old spicy hop character; and tons of expressive fruity fermentation notes. This one feels simultaneously very familiar and totally new; like when you see someone in the museum standing next to a painting from 150 years ago that looks exactly like them.
