Long Walk - Bitter 4 Pack
Long Walk - 4.7% Bitter - collaboration with Machine House Brewery. We’re very stoked to collab with Bill from @MachineHouse in Seattle on a nice British Bitter. We mashed in some fine Golden Promise and Crystal malt; and hopped with some Harlequin and Fuggles from @CharlesFaram. This was our first time using Harlequin and we are quite pleased with its gentle citrus and noble-like character. The beer pours a lovely copper color with a light khaki head, and has notes of travelling with an old (but clean) suitcase, medium well pie crust, rustic marmalade, baked pear, earl grey, oak, kumquat, and a perfect moreishness.

“Great spot to grab a drink in Ambler with a bunch of fantastic beers. Two of my favorites are Wall of Time and the Dinklelager. Parking can be a pain, but it’s always worth it — the bar staff is great and the place never disappoints.”
