Open Skies - 4.8% New Zealand Style Pilsner. We brewed this fun hoppy lager with Pilsner and Wheat malts, and hopped it generously with Motueka and Mittelfruh. The first aromatic notes jumping from the glass are reminiscent of a quality lager with a lime wedge, but then open up into more NZ hop character of gooseberry, grape, and citrus, ending in a doughy clean lager malt finish. Total crusher.
