West Coast Pilsner - 5.1%. What does a West Coast Pilsner mean to you? To us it means: quality German Pilsner malt, fruity yet refined American hops, and a cold fermentation profile. To get just that, we brewed this beer with Weyerman Pilsner malt; hopped it in the kettle with Centennial and Strata, and lightly dry hopped it with the same; fermented it on the cool side and lagered it for a few weeks. The resulting beer has notes of lemonbalm tea, some zippy mandarins, cold pie dough, farro, a solid bitterness, and a dry finish. This one is really perfect for the warming weather.
